Switches are now only available in pre-set amounts to streamline the fulfilment process. The new warehouse team uses a SKU system to manage inventory and this means Daily Clack is no longer able to easily offer switches in units of 10x.
Previously, switches were measured by weight which allowed us to offer them in multiples of 10, however, this was a fairly manual process and is no longer possible with a SKU system.
Switches are now pre-bagged and labelled, rather than "packed to order."
While some switches can be pre-packaged from the factory, a larger majority of switches need to be manually down packed. Ultimately, it takes more resources to arrange switches into smaller bags of 10x units.
