Are there any fees if I cancel my [GB] or [Pre-Order]?

Policy as of September 2022

You are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for your GB / Pre-Order within the 14 day allowed window, however, it means forfeiting any possible bonuses.

If you have paid via credit card then there are no fees for cancellation.

If you have paid via Paypal then there is a 3% refund fee.

To make the cancellation process quicker; please state and confirm you accept the 3% cancellation fee.

We understand that Group Buys may take longer than expected; DC appreciates your cooperation and support.

Orders paid via Alipay cannot be cancelled and refunded.
